One
thing that I've learned in my years in business is that you can
get just about anything for FREE you just have to know "Where
to look" or "Who to ask".
So
in my quest to get a free fax number I discovered this great service
and an extremely useful little trick that I've been using for several
years now.
You
can get your own FREE fax number by going to: eFax.com
Your
new fax number will allow you to automatically receive all your
faxes directly to your email address. This way you save on paper,
printing costs and expensive fax machines.
Taking
it One Step Further
If
you upgrade to their eFax
Plus Service you can then use your fax number as a Voicemail
box as well. This is what I get excited about, because now they
will send you all your audio Voicemails directly to your email address.
Wow! Isn't that cool.... wait you still don't understand everything
and how powerful this can be. Keep reading....
Turn
Your Digital Voicemail Into Gold!
Here
is what you do, and I train everyone in my organization to do this
as it is so incredibly powerful. You want to teach people in your
downline to set a goal for themselves every time they are at a live
training, special event or extravaganza.
You
see, we all go to these events and we hear other peoples testimonials,
whether it's relating to business or retailing and product results.
We usually take notes and think to ourselves..."I know so-and-so
could really benefit from hearing this story." We take
notes and then try and translate it in our own words and it loses
a lot of its power.
So,
instead you simply make a note of that person and then at the break
/ intermission or after the event you can ask them to do you a favor.
Simply tell them you know someone that really could benefit from
their story and that you would like them to just leave you a quick
60 second testimonial in your Voicemail box. You can then dial your
eFax Voicemail service and then hand them your cell phone and have
them leave a message which will be delivered to your email box within
minutes.
If
you make it a goal to get several people's testimonials each time
you are at a live training or event, you will begin to build up
an archive of many different audio stories which can then be used
to forward on by email to your prospective customers, new recruits
and downline.

I will often find people that could really benefit from an audio
testimonial. So I will tell them that I'm going to call one of
my customers and find out more about their results using a certain
program. Then when I get back to my potential customer, I let
them know that I've gone one step further and actually sent them
an email with all the details and it's already in their inbox
including the audio sound file.
- Using
this with Touchfon. Have you ever heard a message on Touchfon
that was really great. Well you can call your own Touchfon number
and then do a 3-way call into your eFax Plus voicemail box and
then it will record the TouchFon message and email it to you.
I've been doing this for over a year and I have hundreds of success
stories, tips, tricks and testimonials all archived.
